Brought home recently what I thought was "halibut" based on what the package was labeled, turned out to be black cod. Ended up baking it and was surprised by the delicate texture and mild flavor. Pin bones are kind of a pain, will remember next time but otherwise great for the seafood encyclopedia.

Recently made homemade spicy crab cakes I call "Fire Crab Cakes". Used two whole jalapenos, 3/4 cup of green onions, entire box of better cheddars for breading, full cup of shredded smoked cheddar, served with sour cream and lemons. 😎🔥🦀
