Anyone looking to give living in Margate a try? My light-filled home on the edge of the old town is available from Jan 13 for two months (perhaps slightly longer) while I head to Colombia. It will also be available for shorter breaks from the spring. DM for more details.

As we know, use of AI is rocketing. But it's also known to hallucinate - to generate content that is irrelevant, made-up, or inconsistent. And many companies are bringing in professionals to fix the mistakes made by AI. I looked into this for the BBC: www.bbc.com/news/article...

A lesson to check your entry and exit stamps: yesterday at the Guatemalan border I was taken into the immigration office after they noticed there was no entry stamp on my passport (I entered legally!). Cue negotiating a cash request of the equivalent of £80 down to £35 (all the money I had on me).

Me gusta hiking, swimming, tubing and caving (?!) so a visit to Semuc Champey, a national park with a series of idyllic turquoise and emerald-green pools surrounded by limestone rocks and tropical forest, has easily become a highlight of the trip so far.
