Absolutely top day with @DBaxter76 being proper tourists around #Paris! Went to top of the #ArcDeTriomphe, visited the #Louvre & #NotreDame #Cathedral, took a bus tour around the city, had a posh McDonald's on the #ChampsÉlysées, & finished the day on top of the #EiffelTower!

Well with #Edinburgh #UltraHike #Marathon just 6 days away, & knowing training has not gone well, it was sh!t or bust today. 12 miles, 3 b@stard hills, concrete, sand, gravel & rock surface & has to be done in under 4 hours to have a chance nxt week. Job done, now serious rest & fingers crossed!
