Saying 'life sucks' when things go wrong: - self deprecating - depressing - makes you sad Saying 'Gladis the orca wouldn't want this for me': - motivating - makes you think about Gladis the orca - reminds you that Gladis the orca cares for you

Just finished “Never split the difference” Main takeaway: “in any negotiation, it’s not how well you speak but how well you listen that determines your success” ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️5/5 would recommend! As much of a classic as “how to win friends and influence people” imo Next reading: “Getting to yes”

Mastodon UI is just horrible never really stuck to it personally :/ and Twitter has been going downwards for a while now I don't get much value from it... Here has great UI, good growth and community diversity and it's decentralized so feels safe to know you're not stuck here if this turns out bad..

Happy to share some of my invite codes with you so you can invite them without linking to you 😉 We need more NSFW artists on here, they are the ones who really need decentralised social media! (And I don’t mind the link)

She deserves much more recognition imo, on twitter people keep associating Bluesky with Jack and on here everyone is crazy about Paul… I’m here fangirling for Jay 💁‍♀️

Yay! excited to see the team already added 3 different categories for nudity/sexual content as opposed to just « sexual content » last week Very impressed by this reactivity (if only others could get some inspo 👀👀👀)

Sarah Azouvi @saz.bsky.social · 25/04/2023

Yes 💯 agree! having some kind of fine-grained content warning system depending on people’s sensitivity would be the ideal
