It's coined by bands who use overly technical, mathy elements or grind bands that have heavy breakdowns or sass influences. Although it used to mean grindcore bands that stimmed too close to being powerviolence then grindcore.

Goregrind in general sorta just started to devolve into the same mash of the same edgy humor and nothing new to it, and nothing really new to it really, also I started to fall out of it the more I realized the fanbase doesn't really care for the values of grind and a lot of racists and nazis
