There are 22,000 people on the housing waiting list in Rochdale. Rochdale Boroughwide Housing demolishes many, many more homes than it builds. In fact, it has more perfectly habitable homes sat empty, being left to rot, than they have EVER built. They are a part of the problem, not the solution.
