Parenting is full of side quests, one minute you’re helping with math homework, then holding a funeral for a gecko, making lunch, chauffeuring them around, & discussing big world issues. Then you realize, all these side quests were actually the main journey in disguise all along

This trip with @savethechildren.org has opened my eyes to the urgent needs facing children in New Mexico. It’s been eye-opening and heartbreakingly real. I’m eager to share these experiences and advocate for change when I return. Together, we can make a difference.
