Take a pie from the shelf, how does this relate to the matter?

Satyra || Comms closed! @satyrar.bsky.social · 15/08/2026

It’s called common sense which you don’t have as I see

Satyra || Comms closed! @satyrar.bsky.social · 15/08/2026

As I said, don’t waste your time

His fault isn't that he claims to have designed it. His fault is that he did nothing, knowing the client was asking for a figurine with my design without permission.

Google what commercial means please

Satyra || Comms closed! @satyrar.bsky.social · 15/08/2026

If you don’t see any obvious similarities, idk what to say. If you're trying to convince me that I'm wrong, it's useless. Don't waste your time. I'm right

My twitter thread an insta post are informative posts. Where do you see a harassment? And why am I wrong when I say he's greedy? He knew the design wasn't the client's. Any normal person would have refused or asked the designer’a permission before starting work

If you’re not frustrated by this on your side, who do you even keep replying

100

Satyra || Comms closed! @satyrar.bsky.social · 15/08/2026

I answered your question. Yes it’s not the same, as this art would belong to me as a gift. And usually artists tag owners, or add descriptions “commission”, “gift” therefore making people know that it’s not their character

100

Satyra || Comms closed! @satyrar.bsky.social · 15/08/2026

Hod does it change that it was a commercial use? You didn’t answer my question. Go google it

100

Satyra || Comms closed! @satyrar.bsky.social · 15/08/2026

Familiar and 95% copy is not the same. Wash your eyes

100

Satyra || Comms closed! @satyrar.bsky.social · 15/08/2026

It is commons sense to ask an artist of you can make something SIMILAR. Nobody would like their work getting copied Are you talking about this design?? In what world do you live in to say that they are similar

110

Satyra || Comms closed! @satyrar.bsky.social · 15/08/2026

I didn’t force anyone do anything. It was his own decision. And please show me any similar designs? Because you are saying bullshit

I never harassed him? I made a post about this situation, because I don’t want it to be private. There are many people like me who don’t want this happening to their characters, and I warned them. That’s all

100

Satyra || Comms closed! @satyrar.bsky.social · 15/08/2026

This is NOT fan art and it’s not even close. Fan art is a gift for me. This - no. Someone I don’t know ordered this without my permission, if you think that consent in this case is not necessary, then you should really reconsider your moral values

100

Satyra || Comms closed! @satyrar.bsky.social · 15/08/2026

He profited on it because he took money for this. If you don’t understand what an OC is, and how it feels when your work is used like this without a permission - I feel sorry for you

100

Satyra || Comms closed! @satyrar.bsky.social · 15/08/2026

And scars, otherwise it’s a copy. Maybe legally it isn’t, but every not blind person is able to see this. If you take away Mickey Mouse’s gloves it won’t make it a different character

The fact that this is a custom order doesn't change the fact that it's a commercial transaction. Please Google what commercial transactions are. He simply repainted the figurine and couldn't change his species via sculpting. It's not even a species, but a sub-species. Yes it lacks white patches ⬇️

Spinosaurus mirabilis (but I would say male Spinosaurus aegyptiacus) I honestly don't understand why it's separate species, although this may well be sexual dimorphism, given how unique the manifestations of this are in our world.. I hope we will find out this in the future! | #paleoart #dinosaur
