Halloween night is the perfect excuse to finally figure out all the custom mechanics for my witch campaign for my friends. It's a power fantasy for adult women fighting western civilization with magic powers and ambition like they're shonen protags. There's way more history in it than necessary.

Rachel in action! She trains every day to hone her skills. Dueling is her hobby and passion, and she’d on that grindset. The effort on her face is great. I make an effort to show her in uncomfortable situations to keep her humble. Being Her does not come easily. @evilisaac.bsky.social

Matou Seihei no Slave is crazy because it’s good shounen manga. I’ve seen its subgenre before (Trinity Seven, Rosario+Vampire) as a kid and grew out of it. But this? A mangaka that actually likes women and writes well? Blows my mind. (Warning: it’s definitely still ecchi harem stuff. It’s just more)

I need to find the powerscaling discourse on this app and pray the toxicity doesn’t come here. I need convos about power interactions to be fun again

It’s crazy to me how Octopath I and II have all the tools to be perfect but flub the story, so people don’t talk about it. Bringing back and modernizing good turn based jrpg combat, pixel art we used to only see in illustrations on deviantart, and good voice acting. But mid story holds it back

Me: “Genshin being a predatory gacha game really ruins it, huh.” Also me: inhaling lore videos like it’s a FromSoft game The writers are such giganerds. Fix 2.1 and I love most everything

The fan letter episode is one of the best episodes of OP, maybe my favorite. There was so much humanity in it when the world is so fantastical. And I love stories set from the outside looking in to give a new perspective of the characters we follow. I wish Hancock had more scenes 😌 #onepiece

While his sister enjoys duels and heated debates, and protests, Cecil prefers ballroom dances, dates, and research. He's extraordinarily talented when it comes to magic and using the family's blessing to manipulate and fold space. He lives a charmed life. Art by @bekkomi.bsky.social

Alt outfit for Cecil by @takibert.bsky.social. He loves looking good in haute-couture and out doing others in expensive styles. "A lack of true ambition is a lack of consideration for oneself, and a lack of consideration for oneself is rather slovenly, now isn't it?"

Cecil Auclair-Eos, royal prince and prodigy magician, Rachel. They're total opposites; she's a driven badass who takes action, he's a lazy but witty diplomat who prefers soft power. But they are in lock step in their vision. He's a fan of big wizard hats that compliment his hair. Art by KuroSasori

Art of Cecil, Rachel's little brother and Aoife's son. He's more like their mom than his sister and he's proud to be the favorite, even if it's the slimmest of margins. He's a skilled wizard and the smartest guy Rachel claims to know. Art is thanks to @scawaefer

Her Word is Longing; "Nothing lasts, nothing is finished, and nothing is perfect. These three truths free me, and yet I seek completion. For it is in this futile journey that purpose shines at the far edge of my vision." First art by @nvalee.bsky.social, rest by @nebura.bsky.social

First two pieces of art by @KuroSasori. Shiho is a Heruka and Kami with four arms that has achieved enlightenment as a buddha. To her, the world is place of meaningless conflict in which to sharpen her mind and body and improve herself.

More lore accurate Shiho by@thirdphp.bsky.social. She is a demiurge from the halcyon days before the Universal War in K6BDs. She was a part of the golden age of philosophy and arts, and sought to learn the culture of the many worlds through the King's Road. She cultivated Atum like ki to master it.

Clovis Savreaux @saturnsaga.bsky.social · 19/10/2024

Lore accurate Shiho by @sethkiel.bsky.social. The Gardening King, Master of the Arts (art of war, performing arts, visual arts, martial arts, etc), the pinnacle of martial splendor. A Wisdom King, the Great Sage Splitting Heaven, Atum Adi-Buddha. User of Sword Law and founder of Ki Rata.

Clovis Savreaux @saturnsaga.bsky.social · 19/10/2024

Early Shiho art by @WhiteBoxStudio. She combines a lot of inspirations, but if you've heard music from Okami or anything like it, you get her vibe. She's a mithral wander, the moonlit pinnacle of martial splendor. Beauty and strength in understated harmony.

Concept art of Kyōgoku no Mikoto, Omikami Shiho, by@sairamgtzart.bsky.social. She's an oc made for the world of Kill Six Billion Demons, a webcomic done by @orbitaldropkick.bsky.social, which inspired a roleplay game with my friends. She might be one of the more nuanced character's I've played.

Awesome art of various characters by @opossumisst.bsky.social. I've started to use them as various looks for Kama Khan as the original uses are moot now. I definitely want to find mainstay characters for this awesome artwork, they're all amazing and I love the physiques.

Clovis Savreaux @saturnsaga.bsky.social · 19/10/2024

Early art of Kama Khan by @WhiteBoxStudio. She's my WoL in FFXIV. She's primarily a samurai, but also a Monk and Viper. She's a prodigy martial artist from the Azim Steppes who loves hunting. She makes a living chasing down Auspices and Turali Vidraal.

Clovis Savreaux @saturnsaga.bsky.social · 19/10/2024

Art of Rachel by @waker.bsky.social. She's a bit of an indulgent character who brutally tears apart terrorists, fascists, bigots, and any other dangerous ideologies. She'll bludgeon hateful people with a sword coated in raw charisma and force of personality. She really likes fighting for peace.

Clovis Savreaux @saturnsaga.bsky.social · 19/10/2024

Early art of Rachel by @crovius.bsky.social. Her mother made sure she was well educated, so she grew up into an eloquent politician, activist, and charismatic leader. She reads a lot of nonfiction and philosophy, even if she finds it pretentious. Still, she loves debates as a kind of fight to win.

000

Clovis Savreaux @saturnsaga.bsky.social · 19/10/2024

Early concept art of Rachel. She tends to wear either miniskirts or the royal uniform on official business. She always wears heels of some kind, it's her signature. She trained forever to learn to move and fight in them, just because she's stubborn. @sairamgtzart.bsky.social

Clovis Savreaux @saturnsaga.bsky.social · 19/10/2024

More art of Rachel. She's known for her abrasive personality and venomous tongue, like a mean girl from movies. But once you get past her spines, you learn she's a direct person who's aggressive to get what she wants, and takes initiative. She'll bully bullies and tear them apart. Art by KuroSasori.

Clovis Savreaux @saturnsaga.bsky.social · 19/10/2024

Rachel vs a mindflayer dragon. She's no genius, has not a drop of talent, but she's trained from scratch to win against all odds. I didn't expect her to be so cool when I made her, and this art makes her even cooler. Thanks so much. I have a lot more of her. Amazing art by @maurounit1.bsky.social

Art of Rachel Auclair-Eos, my royal princess oc. She's an aggressive, strong willed duelist and activist who's determined to crush oppressive elements for the sake of all those who can't fight for themselves. She represents indomitable human spirit. Amazing art done by @sethkiel.bsky.social
