f you get older, which is a good plan for staying alive, you will notice a lot of changes. Skin, hair, joints, energy, sight, hearing, just for starters. Then you must learn new practices like driving fast to get home before you forget where you live.

On the trails I bumped into the SUN, a star over 4 billion years ago. Stars do not reproduce but they make it possible for us to be here and to reproduce and stay alive along with the rest of the creatures and Mother Nature. There are some arrogant apes who think they know better. Nature knows.

FYI, I am trying to block/remove all post having to do with the current administration's chaos theater and invasions of the mind. This helps me to preserve my calm after a walking meditation on the Labyrinth where there is peace and compassion. This is a better place for my full attention.

Indigenous people did not have ICE. If they had we would not be here. ICE prevents great opportunities and kills wihout cause or empathy. There is no wisdom in ICE, only more failures.

In the early period of our development there was no father's day; no cards, parties or gifts. Back in the day if you could find the fruit that was all you needed to do and there was no need for ceremony. Today there is a lot of celebration without a lot of achievement towards a peaceful world.

I will be so pleased when the fad of scruffy beards fades away. All who complied with the tribal rule for beards will need to find other ways to gain attention, acceptance and hope that others will think they are wise and worthy. But, I guess that is what we all try to do. Humans, go figure.

Visited by this space guy last night and he told me that planet earth, and particularly the American spot, is not looking very good. He said it is a combo of too much hatred and a loss of connection with nature. His plan is to wait till it sleepwalks into extinction then come in to rebuild.
