Just finished #binding my needle organizer for my #nålbinding projects. I used super fluffy #wool that made it so annoying to bind, yet made an organizer that is so soft and delightful to handle . For this project I used the 🇧🇻 #OsloStitch. #Viking #Nålebinding #Nalbinding #DIY #Yarn

These #Keto cheesebuns r devine! Had to make my own seasoning. My red molds have arrived in Norway & I have paid the import tax for them, but could not wait for them to reach me any longer, so used my large muffins metal mold and it sorta worked. So, so delicious! #KetoLiving #KetoBread #OMAD

Oh, my ... I was adopted by two Norwegian Forest Cats yesterday. Havent told anyone yet, but last night I had a cat purring on my chest while knitting and it was heaven! That makes me a cliche cat-lady I guess, but at least I am a happy one. Dreamed of it for so long, and suddenly it happend!

I am still experimenting a bit with the bread recipe, because I want a crispier crust. Still I am very happy with this one. My English speaking friends will have to use google translate as I've done this in Norwegian. Bread is from yesterday.

I keep a 6 liter cerial container with this flour mix that I make several batches of to fill the container. Then I can just grab 3 cups of the premade mix when I bake. Remember to shake box before use. It is NOT gluten free.
