I have trained half of our night staff to send full messages if they want a response, and if they DO send a full message i get back instantly. Ive been asked a few times why i didnt respond and i always replied with “i was waiting for what you needed” and people have had positive responses to that.

I was trying to get a new pcp at my local spot and the soonest doctor was 2.5 months out for some time-critical things 🙃 On the bright side at least here you can just…. Go to urgent care. If you’re having knee pain they should still be able to refer you to a specialist, or at least our UC can.

Carrying around jackery boxes like fuel canisters to charge when electricity is cheap and siphon off later. Also, i only learned a few days ago charging EVs costed money, every charger ive been exposed to (such as at work) doesnt charge money to top up

The problem is its actually like 100 things but ive narrowed it down to the last 50 that i actually /need/ to do in order to stay afloat or keep having fun. IE bikes are broken and house chores need kept up with to have clothes and dishes

This is good advice but i dont think im capable. If i schedule nothing time i go stir crazy and i cant turn my brain off on things i should be doing, with the exception of drugs/alcohol. (which i do very very seldomly) unsure how to fix that one about myself

Figuring out the correct insoles for your feet can make a huge difference to /any/ shoe. I got custom fitted for some (for cycling admittedly but same idea) and the difference it makes is INSANE. I can also put them in like any shoe
