Examining the complainant about other statements describing the incident is fair game. 100

Defence is pouncing on complainant saying she was very drunk which is not evident in the video. The point is not intoxication, rather truthfulness. 100

Problem: she said she consented to some sexual activity (not all) which blows up that theory. Her "credibility" like most sex assault trials is at the centre this. 120

Defence will argue there is more than one possible explanation. 120
