Last year I wasn’t in Finland for Cinnamon Bun Day — Pixel was 😂. I promised that I’d make a variety for the next one so I made a classic American-style using the exceptional recipe from King Arthur Baking, with a cream cheese icing, also Finnish Korvapuustit and Voisilmäpullat or Butter-Eye Buns.
