Is this even legal?? it’s 3 AM, my submission’s due this evening, and here i am using Elementor Pro, but as a proud no-click dev, i am completely ignoring all the drag-and-drop stuff. Instead, i am just using the HTML widget, writing raw HTML, and styling everything with custom CSS. I wonder if […]

starting a new project with @dharmik@linuxusers.in and we're building again on wordpress. after our last build with a headless CMS, we hoped to skip drag-and-drop tools entirely. but here we are, learning elementor and WP site builder. tho we could've probably coded the whole site from scratch […]

just found this super cool 3D browser called thebrowserlab. it actually lets you build 3D scenes right inside the browser. you can create custom 3D models, add particle effects, animations, and even play around with lighting. feels like blender met three.js and decided to live online.

i was feeling good thinking yesterday was productive and today too until i checked my commit history. turns out everything i did ‘yesterday’ was actually after midnight, so it all counts as today. made 25+ commits in a single day, so now my git profile has only one bright green square lol […]

i and @dharmik@linuxusers.in started this project with the idea of making a site in wordpress so posting blogs would be easy. but to make ourselves feel a bit superior, we decided not to use drag-n-drop tools like elementor (though i did learn it lol). we also tried a headless cms setup with […]

i finally figured out how to use elementor pro. it’s not just drag n drop but also backend, site settings, global settings and more, that's what took most of my time.

first time i heard about elementor (used for making website using drag n drop), i thought it's no big deal thing for someone who has done DSA with java. but now i can't clear the figuring-out-how-to-use-it stage. i am fed up with trying.

also: localwp is such a lifesaver for wordpress projects. setting up sites locally is effortless. i can spin up, test, break, fix, push. and it’s free. on wordpress.com you need a business plan just to use basic plugins like elementor. h/t: @sarthak@linuxusers.in
