One example I have of a diplo from eastern Europe, wanted to have his child in a UK uni. An Masters in EU Law from Kent, on their "European campus " which was UVB. Same course, same students, same lecturers from UVB and those from Uni of Kent. Kent were charging 16000, UVB 4000. Mental stuff.
