I was booting up RetroAchievements games that lack title screens or box art, to test changes to my overlays and how they'd fall back, and suddenly got flashbanged with this

Yeah sure that looks right (I switched to the wrong scene)

An SNES game is being displayed, stretched out to 16:9.

Air Management '96 now has another update patch, v1.2! I'm hoping this will be the last patch revision, as I've gone over every line meticulously and even adjusted many menu positioning elements. Short of someone making a new title screen, I think that's truly it, now. romhack.ing/database/con...

I know I've posted it a million times, but you need to be reminded Here's a command for REAL gamers

An officially licensed, Sony-printed notebook, with a cover showing special stage layouts for Sonic the Hedgehog 3.

At the top, it says:
SONIC 3 special stage
Map Of Perfect Master

Then, it lists the types of spheres in the special stage:
Red Ball
Blue Ball
Star Ball

And at the very center, it says, in italicized large text:
Let's Get
Blueballs!

I have been asked a couple times if I will also translate the Saturn version of Air Management '96 (Aerobiz '96) I don't, but here is the most basic of proof of concept It does seem like the better version in some regards, but for a lot of reasons, I currently have NO INTENTION of ever doing it

In 2 weeks... Me and @murphagator.bsky.social will be presiding over a tournament in the criminal underworld that gathers the strongest fighters and tests their mettle in the 3D realm of... BATTLE ARENA TOSHINDEN 2 Toshinden 2 Falling Star Invitational August 22nd, 4 PM EDT at twitch.tv/saralene

A tournament promotional graphic. The background is a purple abstract graphic representing some sort of tunnel or vortex. Superimposed translucently on it is an image of Eiji Shinjo, a character from the Battle Arena Toshinden series.

In the bottom-left corner is a picture of VTuber Saralene doing some sort of pawing or fists-up pose. She is winking at the camera. She is wearing her magical girl outfit.

In the bottom-right is a picture of VTuber Murphagator, in his blue jacket. The jacket's collar is absolutely enormous, much like his trademark pompadour hairstyle. He has a half-smile facial expression.

Atop all of this is text describing the event in some way, with a gradient that begins at orange toward the top of the image, becomes red in the middle, and reaches mauve toward the bottom.

The text reads:

Toshinden 2 Falling Star Invitational

August 22nd
4:00 PM EDT

Hosted by Saralene
and Murphagator
