Non-binary individuals are often excluded from conversations about the trans experience. The binary focus on solely "male to female" or "female to male" transitions, effectively erases the experiences of those who identify outside the gender binary.

This is a harsh reminder bc I refuse to be gentle about this. Racism is not a mental illness. It’s a learned behavior rooted in prejudice, power, and societal structures. Calling it a mental health issue undermines the responsibility we all share to challenge injustice and foster equality.
