It's not looking the best for winter fuel prices because of all the conflict in the Middle East. You can fix with @octopus.energy around 3% LESS than the July 2025 Price Cap. If you know an elderly relative who doesn't follow prices help them out. www.octopusreferral.link/octopus-ener... 🏆

Michael works for @octopus.energy He does the logistics for all the Cosy Heat Pumps and is based across the water. We ended up chatting after both deciding that a very comfortable oversized sofa was a good place to escape the heat inside. We should be very proud we produce the Cosy in the UK!!

I met Tim, @tillathenun.bsky.social @speaktothegeek and they dealt with it well. 🫢 I am an Octopus super fan and this was like my sugar rush. I was so thrilled to share this with so many other passionate green tech folk. You'll have to run quicker next time if you see me lads. 🙂

Here's a quick run through of my day at the @octopus.energy Energy Tech Summit. Rebecca, Octopus CMO is the unsung hero. She was absolutely everywhere making sure it all went like clockwork. 😍📸 BYD lease offer won't suit everyone BUT there's loads it will!! It includes bidirectional charging. 🏆

Here we have the amazing engineer Derya who created the home mini, Michael who's head of logistics in Ireland for the @octopus.energy heat pumps and the wonderful PA to Mr J. Plus hundreds of Octopus customers!!!! Would customers of any other supplier go to an event on mass like this?

I got to sit on the top deck of the double decker BYD bus and do a small segment for the @OctopusEnergy podcast. Everyone were far too happy, chatty and the tunes bouncing to so i anywhere else lol #EnergyTechSummit

This was my third time attending the @octopus.energy Energy Tech Summit and it was the best one so far. Why? Because i wasn't the only geek customer in the village. There were hundreds of us!!! Staff, customers and presenters all chatting and talking about green tech together.

If you are working from home and don't have solar this is interesting. Set my EV to charge 30% by 11am on @octopus.energy intelligent go and for two days now i've have large extra slots during the morning. I asked for Dennis to be ready by 11am. Probably not best for me as it would use my solar.

Sarah Go Green @sarahgogreen.com · 09/05/2025

If your wondering if to go for Octopus intelligent drive pack or stick with Intelligent Octopus Go here are my thoughts. Quickly made while I waited for my kids at Tesco. 😆🤳🚘 Youngest was tapping side window by end so distracted me 😆 Anyone switched? www.octopusreferral.link/octopus-ener...

31 kWh by the time sunsets. Not too shabby near Barrybaydos. Lots of washing done, car jet washed and lots of exporting and gardening. How did everyone else do? 462 kWh so far in March.

It's been a good day today in Barrybaydos. How's everyone else doing for solar?

660

Sarah Go Green @sarahgogreen.com · 02/03/2025

28.6 kWh and i'm exporting after dark from my battery. I'm on 25% in my Tesla and need 100% for my trip to West Wales tomorrow so hoping for some extra slots to fill up at 7p per kWh again. lol

My neighbour said that an EV isn't worth having now we have to pay road tax. I seriously wonder how many haven't realised how much money you can save on petrol -EV charging and your home energy bill when you swap to an EV? She is buying a new petrol car. octopusreferral.link/octopus-energy…

The New Tesla Model Y is now available to order in the UK! It's got an extra 22 miles compared to Dennis my like range Model Y but is it worth the upgrade? Dennis cover your side mirror lol

I quite enjoy driving away from the house toasty warm and even open window as it's a bit too hot. Going out, out in a Tesla. 😆😆😆

Sarah Go Green @sarahgogreen.com · 09/01/2025

This morning i used around 10% of my Tesla Model Y battery (long range) to drive 20 miles. My range has dropped as it -2° in South Wales. Dennis did a great job. He was warm and i had every heated element on including the steering wheel.

First week of January and i've produced 41 kWh. Doesn't sound very rock and roll but the last time i produced this amount in one week was the middle of November. Full steam, I mean sun ahead for 2025! How did you do in the first week?
