The "centrist" think tank Third Way is looking to pay someone between $140,000 and $150,000 to spend their days trying to dig up dirt on DSA members. They're trying to sell this gig as "anti-extremism" work, which I find completely disgusting.

I was wrong about Platner because I didn’t think critically about his “categorical” denial of “any nonconsensual” behavior. No one—least of all one who admits to a history of heavy drinking—can make that claim in good faith. I’m very sorry I continued to defend him after the NYT piece.
