New piece on substack to talk about Ruiqi Duan, probably one the best chinese prospect for next years. French-speaking version : sapphirescout.substack.com/p/darling-al... English-speaking version : open.substack.com/pub/sapphire...

Darling Alert : Ruiqi Duan is a NBA-caliber guard

While prospects continue to play hard all around the word, a young chinese guard dominate the scoring in his CBA Team.

Riqui Duan is one of the most underrated prospect at this point. He's a really good ball-handler and finisher for Sichuan Whales. He has a good ball-handling and can score over defenders, even when they are 2 or 3 on him. He's also a good outside shooter, as catch-and-shooter as pull-up shooter

New piece on substack : Malique Lewis, the last dance. The forward from Trinidad-and-Tobago has a last year to be a serious candidate for 1st Round and I'm confident with his skillset to become one of the 30 first drafted player in 2026

Darling Alert : Malique Lewis, the last dance

Malique Lewis has a lot of pressure before his season with South East Melbourne Phoenix because 2025-2026 is the last year before draft.

First Game of NBL Blitz and I have some thoughts to share : - With the departure of Bryce Cotton, Ben Henshall becomes the leader of Perth and he plays like this. His first Half-time was so good and even if he struggled to be efficient during the second, he made a really good game

I'm going to write more "Darling Alerte" piece on substack for 2026 NBA Draft to talk about prospects I want to monitor. I wrote about Siulepa this week and I have some names for other pieces : Dylan Darling, Ben Henshall, Stefan Vaaks, Marcus Allen, Jaxon Kohler, Malique Lewis, Darren Buchanan...

Ben Henshall played for Perth Wildcats last season and we wait to know where he's going to play next season

Malique Lewis (South East Melbourne Phoenix)

Stefan Vaaks played at BC Kalev in Estonia last season and going to play for Providence Friars in NCAA for 2025-2026 season with another darling : Oswin Erhunmwunse

For the first time in his career, Darren Buchanan Jr leaves Mid-Major Conference and will try to be the leader of Rutgers University with the departure of Dylan Harper and Ace Bailey
