after the past 36 hours idk if i'll ever finish this, but here's some sketches i did to familiarise myself with yokai+yoroi helmet from halo infinite originally prep for drawing @magpieleon.bsky.social for the 1 year anniv of his may 13th shop vid, maybe this can be called fanart?? #barcancelnArt

an assortment of sketches of the yokai helmet and the yoroi armour from the chest up from halo infinite.

on the left are sketches of the helmet. no visible visor like most halo helmets, instead there are two horns protruding out the helmet, with some notches dotted around the not-visor. there is a mouth with some sharp teeth, and what resembles a nose between the visor-not-visor and the mouth.

on the right are sketches of the armour. the most prominent feature are the shoulder attachments, that rise above the shoulders. they connect to a front chest piece.

i apologise if this is not a good description.

A work-in-progress of an ODST from Halo, cropped from the waist down. The character's armor is battered and worn down, with muddy boots, scuffed and damaged armor plating, and pouches lining their right leg. A watermark reads "Saphira-B318".

Random sketchwork/busts before comm work. Wonder what got these two so pissed off this time. #Halo #Yuri

Bustwork of two women in dark-colored bodysuits. The left is blonde, with vibrant, floofy hair, and reddish-magenta eyes. Her stare is ghastly, she looks infuriated and annoyed on an indescribable level. The right has dark hair, long bangs, and she looks more aghast and annoyed at the actions of an unseen being. A watermark reads "SAPHIRA-B318".

In other news. More crabs. More celebration. #Halo

A gray-armored Spartan woman in Mark V, themed after Halo Infinite and Campaign Evolved's variant. She's holding a crab gently, while looking at it with an enamored gaze. She has red eyes, pale skin, and blonde hair. Text next to her reads "my favorite laterally locomoting crustaceans..." The woman next to her is in the same armor, albeit shaded in a deep blue-black, with bright cyan highlights. She looks inquisitive, and is leaning over, with a larger crab residing on her head. A watermark reads "Saphira-B318".

New month, new commission WIP. This time of a very wifely ODST.

Work in progress art of an Orbital Drop Shock Trooper from the Halo franchise. Her armor is grayish, with a blue-steel visor. She's holding a large sidearm up to her faceplate, and she has slightly darker skin.

Someone asked me to sketch Package-era Kelly without the goofy boob armor and heels. Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee slay queen. #Halo

Art of Kelly-087 from the Halo franchise. The left drawing of her has her in a full sprint, dashing at an unseen target, mid-stride. The right is a chest-up bust, with her expression being a confident smile. Her armor is white, and a mix of her Mark IV and Mark VI GEN3 armor from Halo Legends and Halo Infinite, her eyes are blue, and she has reddish hair in a ponytail. "087" is written on her chest plate. A pink watermark reads "Saphira-B318".

Two woman in armor similar to o-yoroi. The left girl, colored in silver, black, and red, leans forward to kiss her partner, holding a katana in her right hand. Sometimes you just need to sketch art of women having a good time.

Two woman, one shaded in yellow, the other in purple. The gold one is sitting on her knees, propping herself up with her hand, and the purple one is laying back with her upper body resting against her yellow partner's lap. Her yellow partner is covering her eyes in a playful manner, likely teasing a kiss, as purple smiles gleefully.

Haven't been able to draw for a few days but lol. Made some sketch progress. Figuring out the second panel shenanigans, then I'll do some light lineart/base colors and lay in the dialogue.

A 4koma-styled comic. The first panel shows two women, the one on the left is eyeing an object she's holding with a smile on her face, the other is also smiling, but turning away from a screen reading "victory 3-0". The second panel is blank. The third panel has one woman walking away from her partner, towards the viewer. Her partner has a blank, shocked expression. The fourth panel is a close up of her partner, who's scowling and obviously perturbed. A watermark over the comic reads "Saphira-B318".

Two armored Spartan women are in a room together. One on the left is holding a pentagon-shaped item, and smiling, the other is looking behind her, with a smug look on her face. The one on the right is about to exit out of an application showing post-match results.

The Spartan's armor is from Halo 4, featuring an Oceanic chest plate, War Master shoulder pauldrons, and Mark V wrists, all of which are sleek, featuring rounded edges, with the chest plate having a distinct collar piece that juts outwards.
