I have been playing Tokimeki Memorial Girl's Side 4th Heart and this is the main boyfriend of the game, Kazama:

My daughter needs to do zoom calls for school/tutoring and she got blocked out this week. Now she has to do them over google meet, which means that her teachers can directly email her, which is a situation that I was avoiding. Nobody is developing safe options for online learning.

I played one of these once! Back when Home of the Underdog used to have every game available for download, I put every dating game I could find and uploaded them to the 386 that we, for some reason, still had in the house. I still collect dating games, forever searching for ones that don't suck.

We're making such a big deal about cheating students, but in school right now, teachers are using AI casually for assignments and marking. I took a class last semester that was administered and marked by a software company and the "professor" didn't even answer emails. We all had to cheat to pass.

I'm making a copy of a "My Fair Lady" piano medley for a friend. My aunt found it in the thrift store and gave it to me 20 years ago. It was copyrighted in 1956. Would love to share a digital copy here, but that's illegal. It's well written and fun and will very likely never again be in print.

This is, without a doubt, an unnecessary step and wasting at least twice as much time with AI. Hum me a melody once, I can remember and transcribe it. Tell me the strumming pattern or rhythm, I can play it back. Any musician with the most minimal amount of classical training can do this.

I don't know if this counts but I woke up one morning with an imagined version of the song "Brazil" in my head and searched every torrent website for every version of the song to find it. Never did, but now I have a playlist of every version of Brazil that exists and sometimes I listen to it.

I used to enter contests with my music and it was really defeating. They expect you to have top quality composition/mixing/mastering skills and all the tools, and then they don't even listen to half the tracks. We need mentorship in the arts, but everyone is pulling up the ladder.

In my community you have to sign your kids up at 5 for most sports. There are no accommodations for kids with disabilities unless it's very serious and then you often have to drive far away. Coaches and parents yell and swear. Why are we doing this?

I think Chappell Roan was trying to channel Alfonse Mucha. This style was also popular in the 70's, in a kind of fantasy-elf way. In the 90's it was sort of revisited in a kind of fantasy-fairy way.
