Thanks! That, from you, is worth a thousand likes.

It's a very good tree! The red is actually how the sky looks with these settings, there's just not much of it coming through - leaves would be blue but I desaturate those.

Thanks! Definitely can't take much credit here, one of the nicest looking places in the world :)

Love this, feels like a Chinese ink painting from the future or something, very nice!

Thanks! Looking through old stuff I often think much-younger-me was a better photographer than I am. :)

I hadn't realised you were in Bangkok, that's pretty scary, hope it doesn't last much longer. Stay safe!

I'd never heard of the Plain of Jars sites, just did a bit of quick reading, fascinating stuff!

Not comparable, you created yours from scratch and I cheated with a camera. :)

Actually... This is what winter looks like in the Canaries. (And yes, it was absolutely dismal coming back to the UK afterwards!)

From a random account I'd definitely be thinking "no way, gotta be AI!" but it's you so... Amazing, fascinating.

Haha, if I had such a high opinion of my own shots I'd be very happy (also insufferable), I think you may be exaggerating quite a lot! Thanks for the kind words, hope your weekend was good too. :)

Yeah, it would have been nice to keep it as a piece of art or at least retain a slice of it as a facade. Everything is temporary though, in the end!

Hmm... Policing morality sounds a bit less utopian than I would have hoped for :D Trying to get everyone to understand and respect each-other's beliefs seems more likely to succeed (yet still near impossible! 🤷)

I wasn't quite adventurous enough to stay there, but it was a very cool concept. I've experienced some minor earthquakes in Tokyo and totally get why everyone prefers modern buildings!

The truth seem pretty likely to be incompatible with fear/reward-based systems religious morality is based on though, right? What is the meaning of life for a sc!entologist if there are no th3tans?
