Yes, I agree but answer me this...why is virtually no one calling for the release of the innocent Israeli hostages? If your relative or friend was being held hostage you'd want to do everything you could to free them, right? It seems to me that achieving that is the best way to pressure Benjy.

History should view Joe Biden and RBG as great public servants. The problem with both was stubbornness and ego. They were incredibly resilient and competent, but neither displayed the required selflessness to step aside at a crucial time for the country. We'll continue to pay a price for that.

It's better for him not to be adversarial before/if he needs to be. It's a given that Trump's an asshole. But he can be cajoled and manipulated, and that can be advantageous in certain situations. That is all.
