Undocumented immigrants paid $25.7 billion in social security taxes in 2022! This is a subsidy to the social security system by undocumented immigrants because they are largely not eligible to benefit form this.The plan of mass deportation is going to be a big hit to this subsidy!!

Indian Americans need to create civic infrastructure to challenge the hate and bigotry- we don’t have much of that!! Please don’t rely on market and capital ( innovation, talent, etc.) to create an inclusive and accepting society. History teaches us otherwise!!
