The 12th(!) Gender Reveal grant cycle is now open for applications! As always, these funds are for organizing / community projects led by trans people of color. We are particularly interested in funding existing projects that materially support trans folks, queer people of color, immigrants, etc.

We are specifically looking for projects that materially support trans folks, queer people of color, and/or other marginalized communities, as well as projects that foster exploration and celebration of gender diversity and trans lives.

We accept applications from anywhere in the world. Collectives/groups are welcome to apply.

I went to a survey methods conference a couple years ago. Everyone was enthralled by this crap and it's all because it's "cheap". "How to leverage AI to [do job we already have a gold standard for by paying someone $15/hr while not giving them benefits]" was half the presentations. All cheapskates.

Maintaining my stance that graphics teams should only be allowed whole number percentages when the divisor is >110, and they get 1 decimal when >200. If day 2 is like 80 decks it makes 0 sense to do percentages (this has annoyed me for a decade yes)
