Victor wasn't assigned an alien since he's just a researcher but he got close c!sand a couple years after i got taken. Didn't like how the facility treaded c!sand, did some fancy paperwork and got subject 18.7 transferred to his care

He works in this lab that houses aliens He's not a very important scientist to the facility but he works there He kind of 'rescued' me kind of kidnapped me, basically stole me from the facility and now keeps me in his house/apartment
