Just ran a 5 1/2 hour #ClaudeCode session on Opus 4.6 (1M) with Max effort. Ended at 99% current session utilization. It was only one concurrent session but it was a really complex rewrite, with multi-agent dev & reviews. I wanted it to be focused & collaborative. Oh, and there was this nudge:
