I'll be honest, after seeing two in-development games I really liked basically implode due to actual grooming, someone accused of being a nuisance online using an alt is kinda underwhelming by comparison. Like a 4/10 on the drama meter. (If it was the main account, it'd be bumped up to a 6.)

As a DBD fan, I don't get the hate behind this game. Wouldn't more competition be good for the genre? As I learned from an educational FTC website in 6th grade, when companies compete, consumers win. That means we get better products at better prices, but people seem to think that's a bad thing.

There's a reason why direct sequels don't really work with this. Sure, they could be alive... or they could not. The fun of the game is that any choice you make is canon in your specific playthrough. Directly confirming the fates of everyone from the first game would kind of ruin the first game.

I think a Scream game would work really well with this. It'd be really cool if one of the gimmicks was that during each intermission segment, the host (probably Ghostface himself) asks you 3 seemingly pointless questions out of a pool of about 100.
