New preprint out from our semi-field work in Ghana: lnkd.in/gv7qawvK An. gambiae biting time is shaped by the nutritional status. 'Hungry' #mosquitoes (blue, fed on .5% sugar) bite earlier then well fed animals (red, 10% sugar + prior blood meal) Highlights biting times is complex phenomenon.
