![[⚠ TRIGGER WARNING - descriptions of torture]
🗣️#Justice: For several months, @AlMezanCenter and @pchrgaza - FIDH Palestinian member organisations - have been collecting horrifying testimonies from Palestinian victims who were subjected to serious forms of torture while in Israeli custody.
Several of these testimonies were provided this morning to the French judicial authorities as part of the complaint against Yoel O., a Franco-Israeli soldier accused of war crimes, crimes against humanity, genocide, torture and complicity in these crimes committed against Palestinians detained in #Israel.
This evidence underlines the urgent need to address these crimes and to pursue legal actions before national, and in this case French, courts.
Here are some of the testimonies collected by @AlMezanCenter 👇](https://cdn.bsky.app/img/feed_thumbnail/plain/did:plc:56pchag7ted3fs5rvvbddvt5/bafkreieiltxkij4ollxz2fs36npz775oamezt5ucn4n5353a6ixeyb5iyi)
