Be careful of a scam regarding a text message allegedly from a hospital appointment asking you to click on a link. It's preying on the most vulnerable 😡

Please email your minister for foreign affairs. If you're Irish it's simon.harris@oireachtas.ie Suggested wording below.

Their abduction is not only a violation of their rights but part of a broader attempt to silence those who speak out for justice. We urge your office to take swift diplomatic steps to secure their release and publicly condemn this act of repression.

The international community must not stay silent.

My daughter took this on her way to work this morning in Seoul. Two of my favourite things - bridges and bike lanes 😍 Doing her Erasmus in NL gave her a love of cycling 🙏

Very complex road bridges viewed from below on a bike lane with a lovely morning sky and trees.

I'm sure most people know this, but this app is great for checking which products/companies to botcott @thx2no.bsky.social #FreePalestine 🇵🇸 One example is Moroccan Oil - if anyone knows an alternative to their anti frizz spray, please let me know!

Screenshot of the No Thanks! App which allows consumers to check if companies or products are on the Boycott list.

Stole this from someone on LinkedIn

Petrol station sign with different prices of fuel. Last one is a bike, and the cost is 0.

Why don't more people cycle? This bike path should be full!

Extraordinary that nowhere in the RTE article about the poor girls who were killed on the way to their debs did it say that the man who was found guilty of dangerously driving the car, was driving the car. I had to read it twice to make sense of it.

Leaving this here for anyone who says we don't get sun in Ireland. It has been sunny for 5 out of the past 7 weeks, and there's no sign of it stopping. It's just that it's always May/September we get it. And the 2 weeks we didn't have it were the 2 weeks of the Easter school holidays. Unbelievable!

Map of Ireland showing the forecast of sun for the next week. Some thunder storms today also

I'm really shocked by how much I miss my dog. The grief is real. Poor little guy.

Woke early and asked my daughter if she was free for a chat. She responded that she was at training with the Seoul Gaels! GAA is everywhere! 💚🇮🇪

Got my little doggie's paw prints and ashes this evening. Cried my heart out. I can't believe how much I miss him. I honestly didn't realise what a huge part of my life he was. He was so unconditional in his love. The best boy. Forever loved 🌈

Thanks everyone for the kind words. Two very puffy eyes here this morning! He was like a co-parent over the past number of years, especially the teenage years with my girls. So pure, comforting and unconditional in his love. ❤️

My daughter has gone for a year to South Korea, my heart! I'm going to miss her so much. The hardest part was saying goodbye to her 90 yr old Grab and our 15.5 yr old dog. 😭 She sent me this from the bus to the airport...zoom in 😂

My baby (22) is heading to South Korea teaching for a year. Looks like an amazing place. She'll be in Seoul, so I had to check there are Irish bars! This place looks good! And yes, there has been lots of blubbing from this Irish Mammy 😭
