Learned about a new combination pack product - Voquenza DualPak - as a potential option for H.pylori infection. Not currently recommended by the new ACG guidelines, but seems helpful for patients struggling with adherence

Yes I see your point! We don’t report out ceftriaxone for Sermar where I work at, but per SENTRY, susceptibility isn’t too bad for ceftriaxone. If susceptible, would you still avoid?

Serratia marcescens in full pigmented form 🥰 Do you guys automatically switch to cefepime or is ceftriaxone okay if its a UTI, 1st occurrence, etc? Currently NOT listed as a moderate AmpC producer
