i have a lil bit of extra cash from last month so i bought a new tablet :3 i got the xp pen artist 12 (3rd gen) bc there’s a big sale, and i’ve seen generally pretty good reviews! also anything is a step up from my over a decade old wacom intuos s (nothing against her tho she served me SO well ❤️‍🩹)

i’m not 100% happy with this one, but i was at the point where i was tweaking the teeniest tiniest details and staring at it for way too long, so i just decided to leave it as it is! it was fun learning a new colouring style tho :)

i softened it up a bit and something feels a bit… off? esp when i look at the super zoomed out version in the navigator on the right? idk if it’s the face proportions or angles or smth, or is it the colours?? idk but suggestions welcome!! in the meantime i will clothe him LOL
