If the news about Cornell has brought something up for you, you’re not alone. The anger. The fear. The disbelief. The exhaustion of watching another sexual assault case unfold in public—and watching people debate whether a survivor should be believed. Believe them. Period.

There is no single path, no universal timeline, and no one “right” way to heal. What matters is finding a path that supports health, healing, and wellbeing — and making sure every person is met with dignity, respect, and compassion along the way.

It’s feeling a little apocalyptic out there with the wildfire smoke. 🔥 Protect yourself, your family, and your pets: • Check the Air Quality Index (AQI) before spending time outside. • Stay indoors when air quality is poor, especially if you're at higher risk. • Keep windows and doors closed.

A few reminders worth carrying with you this summer: ☀️ Your worth isn't measured by your body. ☀️ Food is fuel, not something you have to earn. ☀️ Every body deserves to enjoy the beach, the pool, the barbecue, and the sunshine.

Wildfires affect more than the landscape. When temperatures climb and wildfire smoke moves in, your body has to work harder to stay cool and breathe easy. That can increase the risk of heat-related illness, asthma flare-ups, and other health problems. #SLCo #PublicHealth #Wildfire #AirQuality
