This isn't a painting. It's the Benson Great Hall pipe organ (4000 pipes, 67 ranks) at Bethel College in MN. It's meant to evoke Jacob's dream of a ladder ascending to heaven. These are all speaking pipes. It was a fabulous concert celebrating the 40th anniversary of the APM radio show Pipedreams
