Alarmingly loud and freaky sounding red alert on my phone. I hit 'OK' to make it stop and it just vanished without trace - not letting me read it. Nov has been quiet and the xmas dread was growing. Then I weirdly remembered Noel Edmonds and his cosmic ordering 😂. Well, within 2 hours the universe has delivered with a v nice job. Did a self-tape today where I did a little shoulder roll and side-to-side neck stretch in the scene, then had to edit out the sound of loudly cracking bones (reminiscent of breaking into the Christmas walnuts) in post. I really should do yoga 😳
