Me cooking when not hungry: I do not desire food and will never wish to eat again me cooking when hungry: blindly snacking on whatever I'm tossing in there, sampling constantly, sweating, pacing, chugging water, and by the time it's done I don't even want it.

I played a few Reality Fracture prereleases this weekend. I didn't crack a single sphinx but 7/9 people I played against did! I made some bad decks. Went 3-0 in the final one with a mediocre dimir deck, had that Garruk planeswaller that basically carried me to victory. Nice not playing a UB set.

I'm also building all of my new decks to suck a little and stay mid bracket 3. Mostly what my current playgroup uses and a lot of them really enjoy using old bad cards. It's fun! Current crappy elfball is 70% draft chaff, 20% stuff I own from elsehwere, and a handful of proxies.

I'm trying something in my new green EDH decks: no Sol ring or mana rocks at all. Just a few extra ramp spells or creatures. More resistant to removal except those MLD freaks but no one likes playing with them.

I do enjoy dialect tests but usually get placed as a general CA resident or bay area. If they're willing to define stuff like 'sub/hoagie/po boy' or whatever they should include 'do you use 'the' before a freeway name?' Biggest lang difference between nor and socal! It's a big state, we deserve it!
