I have been on a weight loss journey since July. Finally 2.6 lbs from pre-baby weight. It’s been a ride, and not taking semaglutide has been an intentional choice albeit much slower to change me. Currently reworking my mile pace for cardiovascular reasons. Who wants to give me pointers?
