I was greatful to share my views on TNR with FPC. As I mention in the piece the US disengagement from TNR marks a real opportunity for other democracies to take leadership on TNR —but it will falter without multilateral cooperation, engagement with civil society and increasing pressure on dictators.

I’m happy to announce that I’ll be staying on at Auburn University’s Department of Political Science and joining the faculty as a (Tenure Track) Assistant Professor next fall. Grateful for the opportunity and for the support of my colleagues and mentors at Auburn and UMD. #WarEagle!
