thinking about Zenos’ “is life a gift or a burden” said to Revre, whose life was spared by the gods and has always been considered a divine gift. was it a gift? or has she been burdened by the choice of a god who couldn’t let the idea of the warden azem go?

lore 🌹 @saintmerva.bsky.social · 23/09/2026

revre feels responsible for Zenos, as both of them are destroyers and bringers of death — to her, death is a holy act, and she wants to be able to bring an end to the suffering of the people of ala mhigo(specifically) and doma. she goes with the intent to kill him, and to stop the pain.

really good post that i really need everyone to absorb

tumblr text post by spiribia: I think it's fine if somebody describes a piece of media as life changing and earth shattering and bone shaking and it doesn't do much for you. I don't think the person who said that owes you an apology or anything. that's just the nature of people being different people

My job relies on a good monitor and this one I've had for 6 years has finally kicked the bucket. It refuses to load anymore. I just paid a $300+ vet visit for my cat and have no extra savings atm. If anyone is able to help (or share!) I would deeply appreciate it. ko-fi.com/ruwyn_a/goal...

close up shot of my wol, nalla, asleep in g'raha tia's lap.

zoomed out. nalla asleep in g'raha's lap. he has one hand rested on her head, fingers in her hair, with a book open in his other hand. he is looking down at her with a soft expression.

you think this guy who says that the "wrong" and "defective" creatures should be given an equal chance at life is a bad guy? the only one who ever seems to mourn people and creatures when they're gone? the one who feels cut off from the "norm" because he isn't happy with the world as it is? hmmm

Revre doesn’t know hers — but he knows Revre! Achidan hates his, and ends up killing him to protect the people of Ala Mhigo. Sabine adores and misses hers and will stop at nothing to find a cure for him (and her mother).
