My gods, it's nearly the new year! :D I hope everyone had the most delightful of Yule/Xmas days. I will share here probably the BEST thing family gave me; they adopted a HERORat in my name, and my daughter drew me the rat fighting landmines! Also - little ratty garden sculpture. <3 <3 <3

One of the many visitors to my no-mow lawn (Yup, I'm in the middle of town!). This wee one is just losing the last of his dapples; while he watched me, Mum and friend ate all the bird seed. :D

I'm on my hols this week! It's lovely.... Walking out to the end of this jetty, however (involved quite a bit of climbing, fell on my butt a couple times, gashed my toe on some barnacles) reminded me I'm getting chair-shaped. Gotta move!
