1/ I am trying to understand what has happened in America, watching as the president elect fills his cabinet with white men, a frightening percentage of whom have a history of abusing women, and a thought occurred to me. Much has been written recently about the decline of men in modern society.

Just another day in Klamath Falls, Oregon. We live in town, a block away from a giant Fred Meyer store, but I look up and there are two deer walking down the sidewalk in front our house. When I went out with my phone, they moved into the street. Just taking a stroll.
