He sighed, moving to open the cage door. "It's some sort of fey magic likely.."

"She occasionally visits.. but it seems that love between them has drifted a part.." he said, rubbing the back of his head.. Though that could have been his fault.

"Yeah.. she is.. she only joins me because she has a thing for assholes with blue hair apparently."

He sighed, moving to the door. "You willing to work for me, Spleen?"

100

Desmond Arcanfire Graves @sailingprince.bsky.social · 01/10/2026

"I see.. so no actual issue.. just some disputes.." He said, looking to Spleen in thought..

100

Desmond Arcanfire Graves @sailingprince.bsky.social · 01/10/2026

"And why is that exactly..? Are they a type of.. opposites attract?"

100

Desmond Arcanfire Graves @sailingprince.bsky.social · 01/10/2026

"But is he gonna cause problems for the crew?" He asked, looking to her.

100

Desmond Arcanfire Graves @sailingprince.bsky.social · 01/10/2026

"No, that wasn't why.." He said, crossing his arms. "it's because you were simply a made up entity in the drow man's mind.. A disguise he used. Some type of magic pulled you from his mind and made a real being.." He wasn't gonna sugar coat it-

"I wouldn't say long dead.. It was reborn recently.. but not.. the same sense-"

Desmond Arcanfire Graves @sailingprince.bsky.social · 01/10/2026

He rolled his eyes at Spleen. "This is my ship, Gobbie. I can cage whomever I wish."

100

Desmond Arcanfire Graves @sailingprince.bsky.social · 01/10/2026

"Sorry, I haven't heard the name very much." (Writer toootally didn't think of an mtg character when they thought 'Goblin') "So, how is he here then?"

100

Desmond Arcanfire Graves @sailingprince.bsky.social · 01/10/2026

He would nod, leading her down to the goblin from before.

100

Desmond Arcanfire Graves @sailingprince.bsky.social · 01/10/2026

"Huh? He never introduced himself.. Just showed up, and Corvus freaked out.. We have him in a cell below deck in the mean time.."

101

Desmond Arcanfire Graves @sailingprince.bsky.social · 01/10/2026

"Hhmm.. so what to do with that goblin.. and why did Corvus react as such to it..?"

100

Desmond Arcanfire Graves @sailingprince.bsky.social · 24/09/2026

He pulled his gun to point at the goblin. "Who are you and how did you get on the ship?!"

000

Desmond Arcanfire Graves @sailingprince.bsky.social · 24/09/2026

He looked to Corvus in confusion, a tilt of his head. "What's going on?"

100

Desmond Arcanfire Graves @sailingprince.bsky.social · 24/09/2026

"Glittery fog? What the..?" He asked, moving to look for the fog.. "Prepare for anything, men!"

100

Desmond Arcanfire Graves @sailingprince.bsky.social · 24/09/2026

He's sat up on his ship.. a streeetch before he starts moving above deck..

100

Desmond Arcanfire Graves @sailingprince.bsky.social · 15/08/2026

"I wonder why..?" He said, beginning to stretch.

100

Desmond Arcanfire Graves @sailingprince.bsky.social · 15/08/2026

"I don't doubt it.. but, you had support.."

100

Desmond Arcanfire Graves @sailingprince.bsky.social · 15/08/2026

"Pa told me about that actually.." he said, smiling to her. "Glad you got your memory back.."

100

Desmond Arcanfire Graves @sailingprince.bsky.social · 15/08/2026

"What undead did you fight?" He asked, looking to the scars

100

Desmond Arcanfire Graves @sailingprince.bsky.social · 15/08/2026

"That's why I said I don't know where that one came from.."

100

Desmond Arcanfire Graves @sailingprince.bsky.social · 15/08/2026

"I.. haven't fought any undead.." he said, crossing his arms

100

Desmond Arcanfire Graves @sailingprince.bsky.social · 15/08/2026

"N-no, that's what I'm saying.. I do, ma.. I don't know how that scar got there because nothing has harmed me so far.."

100

Desmond Arcanfire Graves @sailingprince.bsky.social · 15/08/2026

He would look down. "Huh.. I don't know.."

100

Desmond Arcanfire Graves @sailingprince.bsky.social · 15/08/2026

"Huh? Where'd i get what?" He asked, looking around.

100

Desmond Arcanfire Graves @sailingprince.bsky.social · 15/08/2026

He was just waking up, shirt off. It shown the one scar he did have from his time as a captain.

100

Desmond Arcanfire Graves @sailingprince.bsky.social · 10/08/2026

"But. Not impossible. Just means that their merchants have more treasure on them!" He said, smirking to her.

000

Desmond Arcanfire Graves @sailingprince.bsky.social · 10/08/2026

"Yeah.. which includes protecting merchant ships to ensure their trade stays safe.. so, it's harder to get to them.."

100

Desmond Arcanfire Graves @sailingprince.bsky.social · 10/08/2026

He nods, chuckling. "Roma has changed since I started being a pirate.. there used to be easy targets all around. But recently their queen stepped down and the new ruler isn't a hedonist like her."

100

Desmond Arcanfire Graves @sailingprince.bsky.social · 10/08/2026

"Yeah, he did." He said, chuckling. "I just always wore a mask to hide that I was the prince."

110

Desmond Arcanfire Graves @sailingprince.bsky.social · 10/08/2026

"Well, until now, it wasn't really good for you two to travel with me.. it still kind of isn't, but not as bad as before. Two queens of Alessia raiding with a pirate..? It'd start wars.." he said before getting up to walk to the edge. "I believe we are near Roma.."
