I recently learned that some places use Tabasco sauce to turn normal Chicken Shawarma into Mexican Chicken Shawarma instead of regular Louisiana Sauce (more likely than not it's Crystal). Tabasco truly is the World's Hot Sauce! (This is a great article and you should read it)

You can, however, cook Shawarma at a job interview because you can get a portable Shawarma spit and since you shave the outer layers first anyway, you save a lot more time. And there's no need to worry about Ventilation too much either.

One of the most notable character actors in Bollywood passed away today. He was a delight to see in almost every movie and TV show he graced and I personally really liked him because he reminded me of a family friend who I didn't get to see much after we moved apartments. RIP Mushtaq Khan 😔
