Day 14/14 We arrived a bit late back in Finland, drove back home and after unpacking our bags, I realize the huge amount of stuff I now have to spread to all the fellas I know. Great trip, visit Japan someday, if you can. Dio was also very tired:D Thanks for following this trip.

Day 13/14 Last day in Japan, so went to see fireworks at the Tenjin Matsuri and the bustling streets. Got to experience a real rush hour, so many people but the railway/road staff and police are so used to it, they move and guide the masses with such ease...

Day 12/14 We went to see the Minoh Falls in Minoh (duh), fantastic views and a nice walk, even in the heat, it's well shaded. Then we got back and went to Ichiran for seconds, got more souvenirs from Suruga-ya, big recommend for older used games and figureens. Tomorrow is the last full day...

Day 11/14 We took it a bit easier, rested a bit more at our hotel and looked around for souvenirs. Went to Dotonbori ICHIRAN Ramen, although the queue time was 25 minutes, easily worth it. Really damn tasty ramen, I had spicy lvl 5, but I reckon 3/4 would be perfect. Conveyor belt sushi was fun too.

Day 10/14 We met up with Kitty's friend who she met during her year studying in Japan. We had yakiniku with all-you-can-dtink and he showed us around his own favourite spots, did some karaoke and went to a after-work izakaya. Great day!

Day 9/14 Visited the Osaka Pokemon Center, Nintendo and Capcom shops, saw the huge line at a Jojo Ramen shop and instead went to the Eorzea and MonHun Collab Cafes and finally made our way to the big AniMate store in Nipponbashi. We got sidetracked for like 3 days, worth it though.

Day 8/14 We started Marine Day by heading early to Kurama Onsen, got there 2 minutes before they opened so it was very quiet and got to enjoy the onsen in tranquility. We then took back to Osaka, checked-in our 2nd to last hotel, and checked out the Pokemon Center DX and more of Nipponbashi.

Late end of day 6/14 We got back to Kyoto and walked over to Shorenin temple to watch a "lightshow" that was made in and around the temple itself, then walked back alongside the riverbank, fillled with students and people, playing live music and getting cheap drinks from the konbini nearby.

Day 6/14 Left our luggage at Kyoto and went to Nara, the deer are very nice, but don't let them see you buy deer crackers. You will "alert the horde"… they will bite your ass and clothes from all directions:DDD GÄNKKIHÄN SE SIELLÄ! Now heading to Inari to see a "few" torii gates.

End of Day 5/14 Wandered around Harbor Land, lots of shopping malls, took a train during rush hour to Sannomiya for dinner, then it got dark and we headed back for a quick highball and then to Harbor Land to get some nighttime pics! Also got one of many Haruhi anime spots in Kobe.

Day 5/14 Breakfast in Kobe, then went to the Herb Gardens using the cable car, walked a bit down and took the cable car back to the city. Had some proper Kobe Wagyu tenderloin, had a nice chat with the staff as well, they were very friendly! Got to our hotel and gonna check out Harbor Land.

End of day 4/14 Fukuyama castle was more of a museum, almost nobody else there. Fukuyama also has Rose as their theme and it shows in many parts of the city, I enjoy it. Tried an izakaya, and before heading to hotel, bought some sweets, soda and breakfast to go. Early wake up tomorrow, Kobe calls!

End of day 3/14 Explored Himeji more, had katsudon, walked about a shopping center, tried a bit of tempura and topped it off with some desserts at Hoshino Coffee. They had a shop for vagueposters... Tomorrow is Onomichi.

Day 3/14 After breakfast, we took the shinkansen to Himeji, before going to the castle, left our luggage at the hotel, tried some warabimochi, then visited the Himeji Castle and Koko-No Gardens.

Day 2/14 Started with shopping for proper hats, the seller gave a discount, dunno why (thank you, cool old man), then went to the Osaka aquarium. It's a real proper aquarium, so many photos/videos of the stuff in there.

End of day 1/14 We got our JR railpasses, walked about in Dotenbori (Sotenbori for Yakuza nerds) checked out the arcade and tried out purikura, local takoyaki and black sesame seed ice cream, and had some "Dai-Dai" craft beer at a local spot, back to hotel with one cup sake in hand, it was horrid:D

I'm horrid at posting anything, so let's try using this as a diary of sorts for my first trip everz. Arrived in Osaka, got through customs and railway/subways to our hotel and then got to enjoy some mapo tofu with a proper cold beer.
