this was my personal WOAT for the ps4/xbo generation, at least in the "development budgets above $1 million" bracket

He's still working on his metaverse project, Ryugu Nation, but it seems like actual unmitigated dogshit so I can understand if he's hedging his bets.

earlier today I reached back out to a chinese friend of mine after a few months of silence and she said that she was really worried because everyone in china is talking about the "american kill line" and it made her think that something happened to me

If this is the bookstore in Oslo that I think it is, when I went there with friends in August I was mostly just surprised that they had a whole section for this.

It was my favorite game for years and years, this image of Neku was my avi on every platform from like 2013 to 2017. we're so lucky that we got a sequel and it was actually good. that happens so rarely

This was a great event, thank you for coming out here! Wish I had taken a better selfie, but ah, it is what it is.

If I had two more spots they probably would've gone to Boyhood and The Social Network!

I have no plans to get into games but you should also learn mandarin because it's a beautiful language and there's a lot of great stuff that will never get translated. you also get to read poems that look like this

here are two other tornadoes I saw on the drive back from Denver to my home in Wichita.

Saw a new picture of my most recent ex a few minutes ago and it made me so viscerally sad that I got nauseous. Love the idea of just never getting over anybody ever. 👍 Anyways, I started playing Persona 4 Golden. This screenshot looks like people talking about Golden's visual differences, right? lol

I finally, finally rolled credits on Starfield today after about a year and a half of dipping in and out of my first playthrough. What a beautiful, rich game. I knew I'd love it from its announcement's first frame, so this isn't a surprise, but I mean it. Final playtime on playthrough #1: 218 hours.

I do love myself some messed up photographs. I dig this glitched picture from Polygon's Valve Index review.

Love the way that this game renders planetary rings.

Every paragraph is worse than the last. I'm losing my mind. I'm still gonna play this day one, they won my wallet, but they may break my heart.

Depends on the flight. I'm 6'7" and most flights will move me as soon as we're off the ground to an empty row or exit row seat where I can have actual leg room. If they can't for whatever reason, yeah, it's just hell. Have to spend the full flight at a bad angle.

Received my copy of An Elephant Sitting Still's vinyl soundtrack from Hualun and bié Records in the mail today. It's my favorite movie, and I'm ecstatic that I was able to get this. Now I just need to actually fix my record player so I can give it a spin.

The main reason would be defensive - Greenland is smack-dab in the middle of the US and Russia, so if you're going to set up nuclear armaments / defense you'd probably put it there. That said, Greenland is currently owned by Denmark, which is a founding member of NATO, so it wouldn't change much.

One time I played one of them (Acting Lessons) out of morbid curiosity and my takeaway is that there's some really strange stuff hiding in the depths.

Went through a jump point in Star Citizen for the first time, felt very surreal to zoom out the in-game map and see a second star system. Worked pretty seamlessly. Not everything in 4.0 is perfect, but it's way better than 3.0 was on its first day - I'm so excited to really dig in to Pyro.

The verdict is in: Persona 5 (Royal) is one of the best video games that I've ever played and I've already purchased Metaphor with deadly intent to play it as soon as I get home from work today.
