Follow me on this: the actions of 47 and the broligarchs are not those of people with a political motive.
Every action of the current regime administration is to either get their hands on the money (or ways to generate it) or to throw up a handful of base-facing executive orders that will be eventually thrown out.
Consider Hans Gruber in Die Hard. The first thing the terrorists do is issue a list of outrageous demands.
Because they’re not terrorists. They’re thieves.
Having the opposition scrambling around, finding answers to the thousand questions just raised gives the thieves plenty of time to get to the money and go.
Look at the actions of 47 and E.M. Neither are trying to govern. One is a delusional narcissist led by the nose by his handlers. The other is a slightly less delusional narcissist who wants to go to Mars.
If we’re too busy surviving in economic and social ruin, we won’t notice when they get on AF1 and land in Moscow.
