Had an absolutely fantastic time talking with Travis on his podcast @9394podcast.bsky.social about the debut album of the greatest hip hop duo of all time, Outkast. Check out the episode that dropped today where we dive into Southernplayalisticadillacmuzik! open.spotify.com/episode/629y...

Definitely aware of these guys, but haven't ever dove in deep. Might need to change that 🤔

I know this isn't historically accurate, but for me, this is where punk started

Weird work schedule today and time to kill. Almost done with this book, I'm going to be a bit sad when it's over

Amazing album, bought it at Amoeba in LA without being familiar with your work, but knew you collaborated with Mamiffer so I took the chance and was not disappointed. Any plans for a repress?

It's such a beautiful and unique piece They all have to be hand assembled and filled so they are definitely rare, and a little pricey, but not unreasonably so I'm really excited to finally have one in my collection from a band I love so much Definitely in the top 5 of favorites in my collection

Mayhem by Lady Gaga is my favorite so far, but I can't wait for Destination Extinction by Haggus to come out in a week. Probably two artists no one would ever expect to be mentioned in the same sentence.

25 years ago today I first heard My Name is Mud by Primus, a particular live version recorded in Sacramento. And coincidentally, I also drove through Sacramento today.
